Delaware County Office of Services on Aging (COSA)

COSA logoThe Delaware County Office of Services of the Aging (COSA), is the Area Agency on Aging for Delaware County.  COSA develops, coordinates and administers a comprehensive network of services for older people.  COSA provides in-home care and support services to help older adults remain in their homes and offers a wide variety of programs to help older adults live healthy and fulfilling lives. COSA information and referral staff can connect you to both COSA services and other community resources.

A wide variety of volunteer opportunities are available at COSA.  Become a foster-grandparent and earn a small stipend, help out in the Ombudsman office and increase the quality of care and service at long-term care facilities in the County by talking with residents.

COSA has been a partner with RSVP for several years.
