Mentor
One-on-one mentoring of either a woman coming out of a challenging life transition or a teen parent for 1 and a half to two hours per week. Program managers provide an interview, training and ongoing support of th e mentor/mentee match. The program needs folks who are good listeners, have a positive attitude, are supportive, encouraging and non-judgemental.
Amazingly Talented Band Members Wanted
The RSVP Legends Band is a group of older adults, age 55-plus, who charm audiences in the community with sounds of the 40's and 50's. The band is in need of individuals with talent who can play the bass guitar, Trumpet, saxophone, piano or drums. Must have your own instrument, be available for gigs M-F, mostly in the daytime.
Friendly Visitor
Senior Center At Home: Opening the door to meaningful activities for homebound seniors. Volunteer Visitors take recreation and socialization into the homes of older adults. This companionship alleviates isolation and provides fellowship and fun.
